The Plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of 14.2 Million T$. The claim alleges systemic fraud, breach of government fuel-subsidy contracts, and fraudulent misrepresentation of shipping infrastructure assets between 2023 and 2025.

Pursuant to Civil Code §442, all liquid accounts and physical logistics hubs owned by Beaumont Logistics Group are hereby FROZEN pending trial. No movement of capital exceeding 5,000 T-Credits is permitted without Ministry of Justice oversight.
