§050.1 Definitions
- Controlled substances: drugs classified as Schedule I (high risk), II (medium), III (low).
- Possession: having drugs without authorization.
- Distribution: selling, sharing, or trafficking controlled substances.
- Manufacturing: producing illegal drugs.

§050.2 Sentences
- Possession of Schedule I → 1–5 years + mandatory rehab
- Distribution of Schedule I → 5–25 years
- Manufacturing → 10–life imprisonment
- Possession with intent to distribute → 3–15 years

§050.2.1 Modifiers: Large quantities → enhanced penalties; Minors involved → additional charges.
