§025.1 Definitions
- Firearm: weapon that discharges a projectile via explosive force.
- Illegal possession: owning, carrying, or using firearm without MOD approval.
- Unlicensed firearm: firearm not registered with MOD armoury.
- Licensed firearm: firearm approved for personal use with background checks.

§025.2 Sentences
- Unlicensed possession → ≥5 years + firearm seized/destroyed
- Possession to commit a crime → ≥25 years
- Using firearm in a crime causing death → ≥25 years, possible execution
- Trafficking firearms → life imprisonment

§025.2.1 Modifiers: Repeat offenses → doubled sentences; Minors involved → additional charges.

Implementation
