§050.1 Definitions

- Safety regulations: seatbelts, child restraints, vehicle standards.

§050.2 Sentences
- Minor violations (speeding, parking) → fines up to $500
- DUI → license suspension + fines + imprisonment 1–5 years
- Reckless driving → 2–10 years imprisonment
- Fatal accidents → 5–25 years, possible manslaughter charges

§050.2.1 Modifiers: Repeat offenses → license revocation; Commercial vehicles → enhanced penalties.
